Syversen AS/AB acquires swimwear brand Panos Emporio.
Nordic distributor, Syversen AS, acquires leading Scandinavian swimwear label, Panos Emporio.
With a modern logistics centre, and 16 sales representatives on the roads, Syversen will help grow the label in both existing and new markets. Syversen has 79 years of experience in distribution and wholesale.
The news has excited Panos Papadopoulos, Panos Emporio’s founder, who has guided his label over the last 33 years and will continue to lead design and innovation at Panos Emporio.
“The Syversen family understands what I’ve worked to achieve with my brand. Panos Emporio is about happiness, love and quality, things that connect people. I want to make that even stronger which is time consuming. Now I can focus on the ingredients that make Panos Emporio truly special.” says Panos.
He believes this is the next stage of his label’s evolution, and a partnership with Syversen secures the company’s continued growth.

Customers can expect to see the new developments during 2019. Long-time followers of Panos’s and Panos Emporio’s Instagram accounts may have already noticed a new creative energy, and Panos says there is more of this to come.
Product manager Hans Erik Syversen is happy with the partnership. “We have been looking for a swimwear label for some time, and purchasing a brand has been a strategic decision we made some time ago.
